Netball Coaching on the Net! The Shock Absorber Netball Academy Launches at intosport.com
Into Sport Group has today launched a brand new online netball coaching resource on intosport.com, thanks to a unique partnership with Shock Absorber. It is the UK’s leading online netball coaching resource and is completely free of charge to access.
The new service provides more than 75 high quality video guides, giving tips and advice for skills and tactics, as well as information and ideas for club training sessions and physical conditioning for netball too. It’s is a great learning tool for players wanting to improve their own game and equally useful for those that play a part in teaching others about netball too, like teachers, coaches, club helpers and family members.

The video guides offer a very high production quality, using multiple camera angles, 3D animations and graphics to help emphasise key teaching points. The Company has worked closely with coaches from England Netball and the UK SuperLeague in the creation of the content and will be releasing further video guides and drills in 2010, taking the total number of videos available to well in excess of 100.
